This week over at Stylelist we're talking about animal print, and while I am certainly a fan of fauna-inspired prints from zebra to leopard to snakeskin and beyond, I realized that that area of my wardrobe is a little lacking (memo to self: rectify asap). So for this week's Stylelist assignment, I pulled out a favourite pair of subtly leopard-printed black jeans, and paired them with this sequin-striped tee from Smart Set (love!). In most of these shots you can't make out the spots (hence the close-up!) but I assure you, they're there.
I'd been meaning to shoot some outfit spots overlooking Darnley Basin for some time, it is such a gorgeous spot, and on this unseasonably warm November day it was just perfect. I'm definitely trying to embrace every late fall moment to the very fullest as long as I possibly can - until the crispness in the air turns to a bitter chill.

From far away I would have never guessed those pants are printed! My wardrobe is lacking in the animal print area as well. Love the subtlety of the print in these pants! You look fab!
